John has full ownership of our business and client-facing functions, including client account acquisition and management, proposals and contracts, marketing, CRM system, and connectivity with scientific operations. John leads all agreement and proposal generation working in collaboration with internal technical teams and clients and follows through with tracking project execution vs. budget. John has an extensive business development, project management, and technical background, with his entire professional career of almost 30 years in the CRO life sciences setting.
