Jason is responsible for the oversight and management of laboratory processes and operations to support the scientific integrity and documentation for bioanalytical studies. His responsibilities include technical assay troubleshooting, reagent management, equipment management and calibration, and training new employees. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the CRO and Biotechnology industry. His large molecule experience includes management of immunogenicity and bioassay lab scientists, providing technical guidance to project leaders and scheduling and coordination with client, project leaders, and internal groups to meet critical timelines and budgets.
